Programme:
Day 1:Warszawa
Arrival Warsaw in the evening, welcome meeting with Orbis JSG at the airport, transfer to your hotel for overnight.
Day 2:Warszawa - Żelazowa Wola - Warszawa
After breakfast half day sightseeing of Warsaw including Old Town with entrance to Warsaw Historical Museum to watch the film ‘Warsaw remains’, Barbakan Walls, Castle Square, St. Cross Church with heart of F.Chopin, Lazienki Park with F. Chopin Monument, Ghetto Memorial Monument, Warsaw Uprising monument
Lunch at the local restaurant in the Old Town area / Polish cousine /
After lunch excursion to Zelazowa Wola - birthplace of Fryderyk Chopin entrance to the museum and park .
Dinner at the local restaurant.
Optional: folklore performance during dinner
Day 3:Warszawa - Kraków
After breakfast transfer to the rail station.
Departure for Krakow by 1st class express train with JSG.
Arrival Krakow.
Lunch at the local restaurant in the Old Town area.
Sightseeing of Krakow by JSG:Old Town, Cloth Hall, St.Mary’s Church (with entrance), Jagiellonian University ( courtyard only) and Wawel Hill (without entrances ).
Transfer to your hotel for check-in. Dinner at the hotel or local restaurant.
Day 4:Kraków - Auschwitz
After breakfast transfer to Auschwitz
Full day sightseeing of Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum by local guide and JSG – translator ( bunch of flowers from the group could be arranged )
Lunch at restaurant ‘Art Deco’ in Auschwitz
Lecture of the former prisoner of Auschwitz / translation to Japanese by our JSG /
Continuing sightseeing of Birkenau Museum
Check in at the hotel of International Youth Meeting Centre
Evening meeting with the representatives and volunteers of International
Youth Meeting Centre
Dinner at the hotel, overnight
Day 5:Auschwitz-Wieliczka-Warsaw
After breakfast transfer to Wieliczka
Sightseeing of Wieliczka Salt Mine
Lunch at local restaurant in Wieliczka
Transfer to Krakow’s rail station
Departure for Warsaw by 1st class express train with JSG assistance on
the train board )
Arrival Warsaw, transfer to the local restaurant
Farewell dinner at local restaurant
Optional : Chopin piano concert at Szustra Mansion with glass of champagne
